OPERA

May: CD recording for the Toccata Classics label of Donald Tovey's opera 'The Bride of Dionysus' with the Ulster Orchestra in Belfast. Yvonne will be singing the role of PHEADRA. Conductor: George Vass

August - September: 8 perfomances of AMNERIS Aida for the open air extravaganza in Belgium.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

October - November: Artistic Director at LAKELAND OPERA for the 3rd time, directing their fully staged 2009 production of the operetta THE MERRY WIDOW by Franz Lehar.

Yvonne will also be leading workshops in connection with this production.

 

OPERA EXE

OPERA EXE is a long-term project yet to get the kiss of life. The new opera theatre company in the South West of England will bring local, national and international talent together through the drama, passion and magic of opera.
